Aims and objectives
Attendees will have a clear understanding of what symbol supported and related products are available from Widgit Software as well as partners such as Mayer-Johnson, Deafsign, Signalong and The Makaton Charity. There will be in-depth demostrations, opportunities for Q&A, networking with local practitioners as well as some hands on experience.
Learning outcomes:
A greater understanding of what symbol related materials are available as well as how they can be implemented and accessed in the classroom, clinic or home to the benefit of any struggling, emerging or non-reader.
