Course description
Half day course designed for teaching staff working from Key Stage 1 -2.
Usually delivered as part of a six session course or as part of whole school/setting training.
Develops understanding of how children develop vocabulary skills; increases awareness of types of difficulties children may experience, provides demonstration of a range of general and specific strategies.
