How do I complete the SLCF?

Individually

1. First complete your profile. 
2. Choose which strand is most relevant to your role.
3. Complete the framework by rating how confident you are in certain competencies. (What is a competency?).
4. Once you have completed the framework you will find out how confident you are in each competency.
5. You will then see a list of targeted training and free resources that will develop these particular skills and knowledge.

As a group

1. First complete your profile. 
2. Contact our team to get your group number at info@talkingpoint.org.uk.
3. Give this group number to each member of your setting who will be completing the SLCF online. Each user must add the cohort number in their profile information.
4. As the group leader you will have access to all the results.
5. You will then see a list of targeted training and free resources that will develop these particular skills and knowledge.
