I am a head teacher of a BESD school. How can I plan for the training needs of my staff?

The SLCF will help you get a clear picture of the skills and training needs of all your staff. It may also help staff recognise competences they have already. Colleagues could work together to complete the paper version of the SLCF evaluation or they can go online individually and then share the results. This way you can develop a plan to address the training needs of individuals and the staff group as a whole.
