How long does it take to complete the self evaluation?

In our pilot phase, it seems that most people are able to complete the self evaluation within an hour. It doesn’t have to be done in one session - it is possible to complete a section and then come back at a later point to complete another section. Once the evaluation is complete, you will then need to put some time aside to think about how to take your development forward, following the guidance given by the website.
